Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clean Gallery ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and UniChat Dev ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Description of Service

Clean Gallery is a photo organization and optimization tool for iOS devices. The App provides features including:

• Swipe-based photo review and organization
• AI-powered detection of blurry, dark, and similar photos
• Live Photo to still image conversion
• Image compression
• Storage usage visualization

The App requires access to your Photo Library to function. All processing is performed locally on your device.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Clean Gallery, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Ensure you have the right to modify photos in your library
• Understand that deleting photos is a permanent action
• Maintain backups of important photos before using optimization features
• Keep your iOS device and the App updated to the latest versions

5. Photo Deletion Warning

Important: When you use Clean Gallery to delete photos, those photos are moved to the iOS "Recently Deleted" album. Photos in "Recently Deleted" are automatically and permanently deleted by iOS after 30 days.

We strongly recommend:

• Reviewing photos carefully before swiping to delete
• Using the shake-to-undo feature if you make a mistake
• Checking the "Recently Deleted" album if you need to recover photos
• Maintaining regular backups via iCloud or other backup services

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The App is owned by UniChat Dev and is licensed, not sold, to you.

The Clean Gallery name, logo, and any related graphics are trademarks of UniChat Dev. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF DETECTION ALGORITHMS

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The AI detection features provide suggestions and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of photos or data
• Loss of use or functionality
• Business interruption
• Any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in an updated version of the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
