1. Information We Collect

We collect no personal information. Clean Gallery does not send your photos or any personal information to us or to any server we operate. We have no user accounts and no backend that receives your data.

• No photos or media are uploaded or transmitted
• No usage analytics or tracking
• No advertising identifiers
• No crash reports sent to external servers

2. Photo Library Access

Clean Gallery requires access to your Photo Library to function. This permission is used solely to:

• Display photos for review and organization
• Analyze photos locally for blur, darkness, and similarity detection
• Move photos to the "Recently Deleted" album when you choose to delete them
• Convert Live Photos and compress images when you opt into optimization features

All analysis is performed using on-device machine learning (Core ML). Your photos are never uploaded to any server.

3. Notifications

If you enable notifications, Clean Gallery sends you helpful reminders such as storage warnings and cleanup suggestions. These are local notifications scheduled entirely on your device.

• Notifications are optional and can be turned off at any time in the app or in iOS Settings
• They are generated on-device based on your own library and storage — no data is sent to us to create them
• We do not use any remote push service, so no device tokens or identifiers are shared

4. Optional In-App Purchases (Tips)

Every feature of Clean Gallery is free. If you choose to leave an optional tip to support development, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple's In-App Purchase system through the App Store.

• Tips are completely optional — nothing in the app is ever locked behind a purchase
• Apple processes the payment; we never see or store your payment details, card number, or billing information
• Whether or how much you tip is recorded only on your own device (for example, to show a supporter badge) and is not sent to us
• Apple's handling of purchases is governed by Apple's own privacy policy

5. Data Storage

Any data created by Clean Gallery (such as your preferences or progress) is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. This data is not backed up to iCloud and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

6. Third-Party Services

Clean Gallery does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services, and does not share your data with third parties. Photo analysis and organization work entirely offline on your device. The only network use is Apple's App Store In-App Purchase system, and only if you choose to leave an optional tip (see Section 4).

7. Children's Privacy

Clean Gallery does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is safe for users of all ages as it collects no personal data. Any optional in-app purchases (tips) are handled by Apple and may be managed with Apple's Family Sharing and parental controls.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted in an updated version of the App or on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised.
